Alveary Foundations Updates - Part 2
We are back with more updates to the Alveary Foundations course! This final round includes additions across several sections, with new videos and new resources.
What you'll find:
- Reading Lessons: A new video has been added covering Reading Lessons in the Alveary curriculum.
- Science: Three new videos have been added covering nature notebooks, textbooks in high school science, and an overview of the science curriculum.
- Exams: A new video has been added in which Kerri Forney talks about the goal of exams and how assessment in a Mason paradigm is not about grades, but about relationship and growth.
- Art Appreciation: A new further reading title has been added: Redeeming Vision: A Christian Guide to Looking at and Learning from Art by Elissa Yukiko Weichbrodt.
- Digging Deeper: Several recent publications have been added to the further reading list.
- Citizenship: This section has been reorganized for a clearer flow. It also has a look at Plutarch and an immersion lesson using the book Ourselves. Check out the new video below discussing what citizenship looks like in a Mason education.
